GHSA
The Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) is the states’ voice on highway safety. Its members implement programs that address the behavior of motor vehicle drivers and road users. Areas of focus include: occupant protection, impaired driving, speed and aggressive driving, motorcycle safety, pedestrian and bicycle safety, as well as highway safety issues relating to mature and younger drivers, drowsy driving and distracted driving.
